Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless informed otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in each shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted at time of purchase. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Wages Firearms reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply any item less than the quantity you ordered.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product when it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 7 to 10 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping, there is an 8% processing fee for doing so.

Taxes

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Wages Firearms has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Wages Firearms shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether confirmed or not and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Wages Firearms will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price. Errors in descriptions of products can happen, Wages Firearms will make every effort to make the product descriptions are true and correct.

Wages Firearms LLC Night Vision Warranty / Sales Terms Agreement

1) Subject to the expressed conditions hereinafter written, & stated, Wages Firearms LLC warrant that at the time of delivery to the carrier, all items

will be free of defects in both workmanship & material or manufacturing.

2) Wages Firearms’s liability & obligation under this warranty shall be limited to (a) repairing, or (b)

replacing at it’s location, or that of its choosing, (c) allowing limited exchange of

similar but not higher value, which upon inspection & judgement of Wages Firearms is found to

be defective in manufacture, or workmanship, provided that Wages Firearms is notified in

writing in a timely manner either from the date of delivery, a period not to exceed 5

business days of receipt of device by the originating purchaser, or if upon usage that is

deemed by Wages Firearms to be within acceptable operational parameters of the devices

tolerance, temperatures, limitations, projected life of either housing, optics assembly,

subassembly, or image intensifier itself such defects are promptly discovered and a

written request is submitted for review under the warrant offered by Wages Firearms on

products manufactured by Wages Firearms.

3) Regards to factory warranty on “Legacy” or proprietary systems, such as L3TM, or Elbit

systems AmericaTM, or Low Light Innovations whom offers a factory lifetime warranty

on its housings, thereby separating the responsibility from Wages Firearms to the remaining

components beyond that of the units housing and leaves the remaining responsibility

of image intensifier to be dealt with via the factory warranty offered from the

manufacturer and will not be deemed the responsibility of Wages Firearms.

4) In the event that the item appears to have been damaged in transit, Wages Firearms shall notify

the buyer in a timely manner permitting the buyer to file a claim against the carrier.

5) This warranty does NOT extend to any item that has been subjected to misuse,

damage as a result of neglect, negligence of the user of the device, accident, operation

outside of the items minimum/maximum operational ratings, improper wiring,

improper installation, in violations of the devices instructions/operators manual

furnished along with item in shipping alongside the device, or any serial number or

markings defaced, removed, altered, destroyed, or rendered unreadable in any way.

6) Except as to above noted, Wages Firearms’s warranty or liability arising out of the supplying or

use of these items, whether or not within warranty, shall not in any case exceed the

limitations herein stated, nor shall Wages Firearms be liable for any general, special or

consequential damages for any loss, damage, or any other directly or indirectly related

or affiliated with the use of any other item, accessory related to the usage of the

device or accessories, Etc. in the due course and proper use of the device.

7) Shelf life of the warranty as it relates to the buyer.

8) All of the afore stated items are in effect at the time of this revision or version of the

warranty & may be subject to change with written updated revision posted at

company’s website or upon revised copy enclosed with the device at the time of

shipment.

9) The owner of a Night Vision Device from Wages Firearms agrees to these terms by the purchase

of the device at the time of payment. Unless otherwise written, all sales are final.

10) Cancelation & Return Policy. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make Wages Firearms

aware of any issues that may result in the customer having a legitimate desire to

return a device within 48 hours of taking delivery of the device, as the very nature of

the entire Night vision industry due to the excessive and high costs, wait times, and

additional costs of both the manufacturing of these devices, as well as the allocation

of a very limited availability of specific devices as well as various types of image tubes

due to their lack of broad availability to manufacture being to only 2 companies

worldwide, any returns will only be permitted at the sole discretion of Wages Firearms and are

subject to industry standard 20% re-stocking fee, & must be made & agreed upon

within 2 business days of receipt of or signature from carrier for device.

Limited Warranty – Super Safety Component System

Limited Warranty Exclusions – Wages Firearms LLC only works with “Lee Sporting” Lowers for the MP5 patter weapon. Warranty only applies to this brand unless otherwise approved by Wages Firearms.
Use of Substandard or Incompatible Components
Wages Firearms LLC’ MP5 platforms are built to exacting standards to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety. This limited warranty does not cover any damage, malfunction, or degradation in performance caused by the installation or use of non-OEM, substandard, or incompatible components, including but not limited to:

Polymer 3D-printed lowers, regardless of manufacturer or claimed tolerance, Any parts, accessories, or modifications from MAC brand or associated lines, and Other low-grade aftermarket components that do not meet the specifications or material standards of Wages Firearms LLC.

The use of such components may compromise the firearm’s integrity and function. Any warranty claim determined to involve these or similarly deficient parts will be rendered void at the sole discretion of Wages Firearms LLC.

Wages Firearms MP5/MP5-K  – Terms and Conditions of Sale

By placing an order for any MP5 or MP5-K series firearm sold by Wages Firearms LLC (“Seller”), the purchaser (“Buyer”) agrees to the following legally binding terms and conditions, which supersede any general return, cancellation, or shipping policies elsewhere on this website.

All MP5/MP5-K firearms are custom-built, hand-assembled, and test-fired products. As such, each order involves the immediate allocation of materials, labor, and proprietary build procedures upon receipt of payment. Buyer understands and accepts that these are made-to-order items.

Estimated delivery is fifteen to thirty business days from receipt of full payment and required documentation. Seller reserves the right to extend this window up to fifty days without penalty or obligation to issue a refund, provided that reasonable effort is made to complete the order within the stated timeframe.

Buyer must provide, at the time of purchase, the full name of the FFL/SOT license holder, a valid phone number, and the city and state of the receiving FFL/SOT. Failure to provide a valid contact phone number and FFL/SOT details will result in immediate cancellation and refund of the order.

Once payment is submitted, any cancellation request initiated by the Buyer will incur a non-negotiable restocking fee of twenty-five percent, and all shipping and merchant processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be granted based on build time expectations, buyer remorse, or failure to anticipate federal or state transfer timelines.

Due to the serialized, regulated, and custom nature of MP5/MP5-K firearms, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason once the product has been shipped or transferred to the Buyer’s designated FFL/SOT.

Seller reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. However, orders placed are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to review these terms prior to submitting payment.

By completing an order for any MP5 or MP5-K firearm, the Buyer confirms full acceptance of these terms and waives any claim inconsistent with this agreement. Buyer further agrees that these terms constitute the full and final understanding between the parties regarding the purchase.

Transfers

Transfers are approved on a case-by-case basis. Customers who are Law Enforcement, Military, Other Government Agency (OGA), etc. please contact info@wagesfierarms.com immediately to discuss the requirements. If you are ordering a Rifle or complete lower receiver, before your order ships, we must receive a signed copy of an FFL for the firearm(s) or components purchased. Please e-mail licenses to info@wagesfierarms.com. Licenses are not required for accessories.

Due to federal regulations, guns and complete lower receivers can only be shipped to federal firearms license (FFL) holders. If you are not an FFL holder, you can contact your local gun store for their FFL information, and we will ship the product to their location.

If your rifle is being shipped to CA, CT, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY, or WA, please contact us for special arrangements.

Wages Firearms reserves the right to review shipping regulations for restrictive states at any time, refuse shipment, and cancel, and refund your order minus a 50% restocking fee.

Ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to understand their states firearms laws/requirements.
