Cam arm is manufactured in USA from S7 tool grade steel.
Cross-Bolt-Safety selector is manufactured from Ordinance Grade Steel.
The cam arm and Safety Drum go through heat treating, stress relieving, de-horning components are also de-burred, coated by impregnated ultra-high strength PVD coating process to further harden materials surface, allow for corrosion resistance, extremely smooth surface and add an additional layer of further overkill levels of reliability.
Tolerances are intentionally manufactured to accommodate & guarantee inter-operability with every single “M4″/AR15 type of trigger pocket, with every major and medium sized manufacturers lower receivers TDP specifications.
Detent is also coated, treated, and further processed offering both protection as well as a “Ball bearing” like selector feedback & feel with ease of mode switching.
This has been tested in low shelf/M16 cut pocket as well to insure a full range of options. Some high cut shelves and colt “LE 6920” series and similar have some extra metal in the area where the cam arm needs to move freely and may require some Dremel or grinding work to accommodate this or any forced reset trigger/super safety type devices.
Compatible with the following calibers in either “AR” pattern DI, Blowback, Roller Delay Blowback systems and several more in 9mm / 45acp/ 10mm /40-S&W / 5.7 / & HK pattern weapons (with correct subsequent components)
Parts are mechanically stress tested on both torque by a 2-axis, as well as surface hardness, & impact rating (based on “MPA” Metric conditions/standards)

These are generally for people using this trigger in a brand new build without any existing parts kit to begin with, or someone who’s hammer, disconnector may be one of the very few that are not directly drop-in compatible with their hammer, or disconnector… this includes the following:
- Hammer
- Disconnector
- Disconnector Spring
- Hammer Spring
- Trigger Spring.
This gives you the additional parts you would normally just swap front current trigger setup to new Super Safety setup.
Note that the standard Super Safety kit already includes the following:
- Trigger Assembly
- Cam / Crossbolt
- Replacement Detent
- Engagement Lever that interlocks with Crossbolt-Style Safety Selector
All components are hand gauged/caliper/micrometer verified prior to final packaging for shipment.

Please Note: This Super Safety will NOT work in your factory MP5 Lower Trigger housing. You MUST Use a Lee Sporting LS5 Trigger housing.
This is a uniquely machined and hand-polished MP5 subgun pattern Hammer for Super Safety use. The main difference is that the hammer profile normally grinded down and sold is NOT compatible and causes the bolt carrier to jam to the rear. Therefore, a slip trip extender/spring or flexible polymer tube is required to slow and stop the bolt carrier, which defeats the benefits of the roller lock delay system. Our hammer allows the weapon to fully function as designed.
In addition to the hammer, our kit includes BOTH standard and 20% power increased hammer springs (+ power marked) to avoid light primer strikes that may potentially occur as a result of reduced hammer mass (and hence reduced momentum), ensuring smooth operation.
Our hammer is custom-machined with a six-step hand polishing process that enables proper geometry to interface with the extremely small lip of the MP5 bolt system. All manufacturing operations are held to tight tolerances to ensure ultimate reliability.
Note: May require 100-200 round break-in period.
